Andrew R. Tellefsen, 54, of Pearl River NY passed away on March 29, 2016. He was born to Carol and Robert Tellefsen in Spring Valley NY. He is survived by his father and stepmother, Robert and Eleanor Tellefsen. He is also survived by his soulmate, Kristin Couch, a son Daniel and a daughter, Skylar. He also leaves behind a loving sister Laurie Cicalo (Anthony), devoted brothers Edward Tellefsen and John (Lisa) Tellefsen as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins and good friends.
Andy was a self-employed painter and musician who loved nature and all of the outdoors. His cause of death was West Nile Virus, a mosquito borne virus.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 31st and Friday, April 1st from 2-4 and 7-9pm at Higgins Funeral Home in New City, NY. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:45am, April 2nd, 2016 at St. Margaret’s Church in Pearl River, followed by internment at St. Anthony’s Cemetery in Nanuet.
