Richard “Richie” Serrano Lozano, died unexpectedly on March 26, 2023 at The Hospital of Central Connecticut - New Britain. He was only 51 years old. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by his sudden death. Richie was born on August 20, 1971.
Richie was predeceased by his father Rafael, his mother Luz, and his brothers Rafael Jr, Jose, and Miguel.
Richie is survived and missed by all those that were important to him.
He was born in Youngstown, OH and raised in Springfield, MA. After graduating college at the University of New Hampshire, he eventually moved to City Island, NY, and took a successful role in sales.
He loved riding his bike, cooking, cigars, and had an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. Richie was never scared to take on new opportunities and did everything with honesty and integrity. He had very strong values and was well liked.
His legacy will carry on forever reminding us that we must live with a purpose every day.
