Philip Cefaratti of Terryville, Connecticut passed away on Friday March 24th, 2023 surrounded by the love of his family and dear friends. Originally born in New Britain, Philip then moved to Terryville with his wife and children where they lived for 22 years.
Philip thoroughly enjoyed conversing with those he met along his routes as a postal letter carrier for 20 years before retiring. Philip throughout his life enjoyed many hobbies including steam train rides, competing in bowling leagues and set back tournaments, listening to live music, bird watching on his patio, playing golf, visiting the casino and riding his scooter throughout the town. Philip was also a parishioner of Saint Casimirs Church of Terryville and a member of the New Britain Elks Lodge 957.
Philip is pre-deceased by his parents Joseph and Rita Cefaratti. He is survived by his brother’s Dale and Joseph along with extended family. Philip was a devoted husband to his Wife of 37 years Krystyna Cefaratti, wonderful father to his children, Jess and Thomas, son in-law Jose, daughter in-law Nicole and blessed with three grandchildren who were the center of his world, Isabella, Zan and Lilianna. Philip will be dearly missed, his legacy of family, happiness and laughter will live on for generations to come.

Calling Hours will be held on Saturday April 1, 2023 from 10AM to 12PM. A Prayer Service will be held at 12PM.
