Patricia A. Hood

Patricia A. Hood, 72, wife of Steven R. Hood, of New Britain, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 11, 2018. Pat was born in New Britain on October 15, 1945 and was the daughter of Julia (Guzauckas) Pawlicki and the late Stanley Pawlicki. Until recently, she worked helping others at Constructive Workshop, Meals on Wheels program.

She so enjoyed spending quiet time with family, and above all else treasured that time with family. She is also survived by her daughter, Erica Lynn Thibeault of Maine, a sister: Donna Boccuzzi of Plainville, a granddaughter, Christina and nieces and nephews, including: Daniel and Michael Boccuzzi.

A time of visitation will be held Friday morning, January 19, 2018, 9-11AM at New Britain Memorial Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30AM in St. Andrew Church. Burial will be held at a later time.
