Marion Cicotti

Marion K. Cicotti, age 95, passed on April 30, 2018. She was born in New Britain, CT on January 30th 1923 to Daniel and Olga King and lived in New Britain her entire life. She was a graduate of New Britain High School, class of 1941 and was employed by Skinner Chuck then Honeywell for 65 years as head of payroll, retiring in 1987. She was beloved wife of Raymond F. Cicotti for 63 years until his recent passing. Marion had a passion for the arts and was a talented painter, particularly of landscapes and flowers. Marion considered herself lucky to live in the most beautiful state in the country surrounded by her many friends and cats, who she regarded as her children. She is survived by her sister, Irene King Rizzo of Burlington VT, formerly New Britain, and nieces Donna Rizzo Goff and Leslie Rizzo Scherlis, her nephew, Gary Ciccotti and wife Maura, and her nieces, Sandy Aguais, Janice Oliver, Karen Ciccotti, Linda Donahue and their families. Marion will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A time of visitation will begin Saturday, May 5, 2018, 9-10am followed by a Prayer Service at 10AM at New Britain Memorial Donald D.
