Czeslawa Trzaska

Czeslawa (Rogowska) Trzaska , 88, widow of Franciszek Trzaska, of Plainville, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2018, with her beloved family by her side. Born Sept. 2, 1930 in Poland, Czeslawa was the daughter of the late Jan and Wladyslawa (Tocicka) Rogowski. She loved sewing, gardening, cooking and especially time spent with family.

Czeslawa is survived by four daughters: Teresa Szlejter and her husband Ryszard of Southington, Irena Lomotowska and her husband Stanislaw of Brooklyn, NY, Bozena Grabek and Helena Bazydlo of Plainville, with whom she made her home. She also leaves 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and a sister-in-law, Jadwiga Rutkowska of Brooklyn,NY.

She was also predeceased by her daughter, Halina Trzaska, a son Krzysztof Trzaska and brother, Jozef Franciszek Rutkowski.

A time of visitation will be held Sunday, Nov. 25, 2018, 4-7pm at New Britain Memorial Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain. Her funeral services will begin Monday, Nov. 26, 2018 at 9:30am from the funeral home, followed by her Funeral Liturgy at 11:00AM in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
