She leaves two daughters and their husbands, six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Clara was an active member of St. John the Evangelist Church where she was a past treasurer of the ladies guild.
Clara worked for Bank of America in the trust department until her retirement in 1984.
After her retirement she became a volunteer for Hospice of Central Connecticut first as an aid and then helping in their offices with mailings and fund raisers.
Calling hours will be held at the New Britain Memorial Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Ave., New Britain, on Friday, October 16 from 8:30-9:30 followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, East St. New Britain. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery.
