Anna H Draczynski

Anna Draczynski, 76, of Harwinton, Connecticut, died peacefully on January 5, 2024 at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Born May 9, 1947, in Germany, she is predeceased by her parents, Stanley and Mary Przybylski of New Britain, Connecticut, and her brothers Henry and Larry Przybylski, both of New Britain, Connecticut. A loving mother, wife and homemaker, Anna was a remarkable cook and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends, most especially over the holidays. Anna enjoyed spending time with her family, sharing stories, spending summer weekends at their pool, and spoiling her grandkids. She was always there to offer support, guidance and encouragement to everyone she loved. In her spare time, she loved tending to her flowers and plants and knitting various items for her family and friends. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Bill Draczynski, her son Brian Draczynski and his wife Julie, her son Steven and his wife Tiffany, and her brother Andy Przybyski. She is also survived by four grandkids, Sydney, Ava, Will and Taylor Draczynski; and a number of other loving relatives and close friends.

The family wishes to thank all of those who cared for her during her last days and provided emotional support to the family. A service celebrating her life will be held on Friday January 12th at New Britain Memorial & Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home in New Britain, CT. Visitation with the family will take place from 10:30 am - 12:30 pm, followed by a funeral service at 12:30 pm. Interment to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in New Britain, CT.
