Vicki was born and raised in New Braunfels. She was one of 16 children. She loved her Cowboys and Spurs.
Vicki was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Anita Ortiz; siblings, Rosalie Ortiz, Freddy Ortiz, Robert Ortiz, Luis Ortiz, Maryann Vargas, Andrew Ortiz, and Linda Ortiz. She is survived by her loving partner, Jennifer Mendoza, children, Romeo, Brooklynn, and Gabriel; siblings, Lucy Armstrong, Jaynee Rodriguez, Alfred Ortiz, Jimmy Ortiz, David Ortiz, Alice Ortiz, Esther Doege, and Dolly Ortiz; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 14, 2021 from 5-9:00 pm at Zoeller Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at Zoeller Funeral Home.
