I remember spending time together as kids as our dads were good friends. One trip to New Hampshire for a long weekend to Doc’s Cabin with many laughs , exploration and fun.

I wish to express my sincere condolences to Barbara and family.
I hired Steve as a machinist I believe back in 2011 at Technos fans.
He was a wonderful personality and we had become good friends.
I shall miss him greatly and will add him to the list of people that I long to see again.  Rest well my friend, you certainly earned. Blessings...

I met Steve and Barb around  8 years ago. I was the assistant manager at the local grocery store in Marion. They both walked in, walked over to them and gave  both a huge hug 🤗, our close friendship has continued until today, and it will forever, they moved next door!! And so it continues ..........

My  heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family. I will surely miss the presence of a truly lovable and kind person.

I am so very sorry to hear of your passing, Steve. I never got to meet you in person, but I enjoyed talking and sharing with you virtually. You are one of the best generation of real men, and I thank you for taking such good care of my friend in your years together. You will be missed by so many. May you rest in peace, and may all those you loved and and those who loved you find peace and light.

I'm so sad to hear about his passing. He used to go to my church with his family. So we got to know each other well. I just talked with him on FB and he said he was coming home soon. We was suppose to get together. All my prayers go out to him mother and family for another loss. God bless them all. He will be sadly missed.

Stephen is preceded in death by his father, Robert Hutchins and sister, Donna Oakland.  He is survived by his mother, Barbara Coon (George); loving wife of 16 years, Barbara Hutchins; daughters, Emilee Clark and Megan Hutchins; stepchildren, Cynthia Franklin and Joel Compton; and 6 grandchildren, Christopher, Joseph, Avea, Olive, Ivy, and River.
