Paul P. Tice Jr.

Paul Prentiss Tice Jr., 78, died on October 5, 2014 with his family by his side in New Braunfels, Texas. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Zoeller Funeral Home in New Braunfels. Visitation will be Wednesday, October 8 from 6-8:00pm at Zoeller Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, October 9 at Cross Lutheran Church in New Braunfels; burial will follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Cemetery.

Mr. Tice was born on July 27, 1936 in Washington D.C. to Paul and Helen Tice. Paul served in the United States Navy Reserves. He was retired from Montgomery Ward. He was a member of the Cross Lutheran Church, The American Legion and The Elks Lodge. Paul was a volunteer for Meals on Wheels of Comal County.Paul is survived by his wife of 20 years, Rose Tice; sister, Ann Loosier and husband Joe; brother, Allan Tice and wife Lee; sons, David Tice and wife Linda, Larry Tice and wife Leslie, Randy Tice and wife Ann; daughters, Rachel McMurren, Cathy Vass, and Cheryl Thompson and husband Shane; 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Butch Howard; and daughter Teri Gregg.In lieu of flowers please make donations to Meals on Wheels of Comal County.
