Nelson N Schneider

Nelson N Schneider went to be with the Lord on July 30, 2017 at the age of 98. He was born on June 17, 1919 in Schertz, Texas to Harry J Schneider and Melitta Schneider. He is preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Schneider. He is survived by his son, Nelson Neal Schneider Jr. and his wife, Irene Schneider along with 2 grandchildren, Andrea Felty (spouse Jeff Felty) and Michael Schneider (spouse Andrea Schneider) and 3 great grandchildren: Emily Felty, Riley Schneider and Connor Schneider.

Nelson was a life long resident of Marion, Texas and a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. His whole career was devoted to working for his country. He was in Civil Service both at Duncan Field and Randolph Field.

Visitation will be held at Zoeller Funeral Home in New Braunfels on Thursday, 8/03/17 from 4 pm to 8 pm. The funeral service will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church in Marion, Texas on Friday, 8/04/2017 at 10:00 am with burial following at the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery in Marion. A reception will follow.
