Melissa Ann Eason

Melissa graduated from Nancy Ney Charter School in 2003 and was employed by Blake’s Café in McQueeney. She was born on July 7th, 1985 to Cheryl Brown-Gutierrez of Luling, TX and Ronald Eason of Buffalo, New York.

She is survived by her parents, her sisters Mallory Eason and Alicia Hutchings of New Braunfels, Texas, her grandmothers June Beth Hutchings of New Braunfels and Phyllis Funkenhauser of Buffalo, New York, Aunt Carla Hutchings of New Braunfels and Uncle John Hutchings of Buffalo, New York. Melissa is also survived by her nieces and nephews Hailey, Mikey, Katie, and Evan, who were very special to Melissa. She leaves many family members and friends who mourn the loss of this special woman.

Melissa will be remembered for her great sense of humor and her ability to light up a room with her infectious smile and laugh.

The service will be held at Zoeller Funeral Home in New Braunfels, Texas on Friday January 11th, 2013 at 4 pm.
