Maria “Mary” Davila Rodriguez, 86, of New Braunfels, Texas passed away on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at her home. She was born in Seguin, Texas to Toribio Davila and Juanita Alvarez Davila on November 3, 1938.
Mary is survived by her brother, Santos Davila and wife Inez; companion and friend, Beto Lopez; nieces, Michelle Gomez, Della Cordova, Christina “Tina” Davila, April Davila, Moses Davila, Jr., David Davila, Rene Davila and Robert Davila; and numerous great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Alfredo Rodriguez; son, Rolando Rodriguez; brothers, Moses Davila and Alfonzo Davila; and nephews, Jacob Davila and Jason Davila.
Public Visitation will begin 5:00 PM Tuesday, November 12, at Zoeller Funeral Home with Holy Rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue Wednesday morning at the funeral home starting at 8:00 AM and continuing until 10:30 AM when the service departs in procession to the church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church with burial to follow in Sts. Peter And Paul Catholic Cemetery.
