Juan "Johnny" M Garcia

Juan “Johnny” Garcia passed away on November 10th, 2023 at the age of 87. He was born in Laredo, Texas to Jesusa Martinez and Felix Garcia. He worked for Classic Pools in Grapevine, Texas. Once he retired, he settled in Canyon Lake, Texas with his wife, Ospicia. He enjoyed going out dancing with his wife. He loved Tejano music and enjoyed being outdoors, crafting, and was always building something. He also enjoyed family gatherings, and barbequing while listening to music.

Johnny is survived by his wife, Ospicia “Obie” Garcia, His sister Gloria Garcia, Daughters Rita Gracia, Emma Lujan and son John Garcia Jr. from California, daughters Jessica Garcia and Annalisa Garcia-Wagner from Houston, and step-daughter Diana Bustos, step-sons Oscar Bustos and Ruben Bustos Jr. from New Braunfels. He had numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews all of whom he loved dearly. He was loved and will be missed by many.

A visitation for Juan will be held Sunday, November 19, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Zoeller Funeral Home, 615 Landa St, New Braunfels, Texas 78130. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00PM, Sunday, November 19th.

A funeral mass will occur Monday, November 20, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, 245 S Hidalgo Ave, New Braunfels, Texas 78130. A burial will occur Monday, November 20, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Comal Cemetery, 301 Peace Ave, New Braunfels, Texas 78130.
