Jerry M Abbott of Bulverde passed away Friday, August 7, 2015 in San Antonio at the age of 67. He was born November 6, 1947 in San Antonio Texas. Jerry is survived by his wife Carol Abbott of Bulverde; daughters Christina Ely and her husband Clifford of Houston, Rachel Ramon and her husband Jeff of New Braunfels; 4 grandsons; sister Patty Heitkamp of New Braunfels; brother Jim Smith and his wife Marcela of Waco; sister-in-law Arlene Uecker and her husband Jr of Kingsland; brother-in-law Donald Jonas and his wife Ethel of New Braunfels; numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father Jerry Abbott, mother June Onley, step-mother Glendine Abbott and a brother Steve "Bubba" Abbott. Visitation will be from 5 pm until 7 pm on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at Zoeller Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday, August 14, 2015 at 10:00 am at Zoeller Funeral Home.
