Jeffery “Jeff” Michael David Richardson was born February 12, 1987 in San Antonio, Texas. He is survived by his Wife Silvia Richardson and Five Children: Alex, David, Allan, Damaris, Hallie. Jeff attended high school in Virginia, graduating in 2005. He went on to attend the law enforcement training academy at San Antonio College Academy, beginning his career in 2013. Jeff met Silvia back in 2018 and tied the knot on November 12, 2021, and they started their life together in New Braunfels, TX. They shared dreams, laughter, and love together. Jeff had an avid love for life and never hesitated to let people know he loved them. It was impossible to not feel incredibly happy around him. His love for life, his family, and hobbies shined from him. He was a practical joker, with a generous heart of pure joy; never hesitating to help people out. Jeff’s smile was contagious and would lift your spirit when you were in need. Jeff had a bigger than life spirit. He always gave so much of himself to everyone, never expecting anything in return. James Keller wrote “a candle loses nothing by lighting another candle.” Jeff’s flame was extravagant, and he shared it with each and every person lucky enough to know him.
Jeff’s knowledge to fix things was unprecedented. He may have originally been the one to break what he was working on but whatever he set his mind to, he was determined to fix it. He could often be found tinkering on several projects in his parent’s garage, making new adventures with his kids and keeping Silvia in a whirlwind of his charm. He was an open-minded person and would follow advice if it made sense to him. Jeff loved to talk and share stories with everyone he encountered. He was a very goal-oriented person. Once his mind was made up there was no way of talking him out. Jeff was sincere about his feelings and was an outspoken person. He loved to keep track of things and have everything done in a certain way because there was no other way, just Jeff’s way.
We know Jeff is enveloped in love by his Aunt Katherine Augrin, Grandfather Roy Phelps, Uncle Steven Williams and his Aunt Cindy Ottinger. Parents Anna and Allan Richardson. Grandparents Lee and George Richardson, Connie Phelps, and Joyce Moseley. His brother Joseph and wife Larissa, his sister Kathy and husband Temple, his sister Carmen and husband Robert, and brother Austin and fiancé Cathy. His brothers from other mothers, Angel Gonzalez, and Michael Pittman. His nephews and nieces; Katelyn, Cloë, Jeremiah, Christopher, Chase, Ethan and Kinsley. His many aunts, uncles, cousins, countless friends and brothers in Blue.
Together, we will continue to light more candles to share his love, laughter, and beautiful spirit.
