Everett Lehmann

Everett Lehmann, 86, went to be with the Lord January 10, 2014. Born August 24, 1927, to Arnold Sr. and Annie Lehmann. He lived much of his life in the rural area of Zorn, TX near Seguin and New Braunfels. Everett was a hard working, loving man, and would help anyone. He dedicated his life to his family, community, his farm and his love to garden.

He is survived by his loving wife, Josie Lehmann of 20 years, 4 children..Ronald (Rena), Jackie Pomrenke (Fred), David (Sheila), and Karen Gonzalez (Alberto), Step-daughter..Elizabeth Escareno, Brother..Leroy, Sister..Gerlene Goebel, sister-in-law..Elaine Lehmann (Arnold Jr), Brother-in-law.. Henry Schrank (Nelda) and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, wife of 42 years, Anna Benola Hummel, son..Calvin, Brother..Arnold Jr., Twin-sister and brother-in-law Evelyn and Melvin Schwarlose, sisters..Nelda Schrank and Irene Lehmann, sister-in-law Evelyn Lehmann (Leroy), Brother-in-law..Harold Goebel (Gerlene).

Visitation will take place at Zoeller Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 from 5:00-9:00 p.m.. A funeral service will be held at Zoeller Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.. Interment will follow at Lone Oak Cemetery in Geronimo, TX, which will be his final resting place.

In lieu of flowers, family request donations to help with cost of funeral.

To celebrate Everett's life, a cover dish fellowship will be held following graveside service at Gerlene Goebel’s house in New Braunfels, TX.
