Edward Kay Penrose Sr.

Edward K. Penrose went to be with the Lord on September 28, 2018 at the age of 85. He was born to Albert and Olive Penrose in Robinson, Pennsylvania and had 4 brothers and 2 sisters. He is lovingly remembered by his wife Lupe Penrose of 64 years, his daughters Nina Ryder and husband David, Cheryl Pantermuehl and husband Wade, and his sons Kenny Penrose and wife Evelyn, Edward Penrose, Jr. and wife Silvia, and Bryan Penrose and wife Dawn. Proud grandfather to 29 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. He will be missed by many brother/sister-in laws, nephews, nieces, and life-long friends.

He proudly served and retired from the United States Air force after 20 years including the Korean Conflict and Vietnam War.

Visitation is on Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Zoeller Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, October 5, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Zoeller Funeral Home in New Braunfels, Texas. He will be laid to rest at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery.
