As a boy he played Little League Baseball, he was a Cub Scout and he was an Alter Server for Holy Family Catholic Church. As a young man his love for music led him to play in bands. He met the love of his life in high school in 1967 during his sophomore year. They were married by Holy Family Catholic Church on November 23, 1968. They settled down in New Braunfels, Texas. He graduated from NBHS in May of 1969. They had three children together during their marriage, which he loved with all his heart.
He worked for Mission Valley Mills for 10 years, and then went on to work for McKenna Memorial Hospital as the Plant Operations Supervisor for 27 years. While holding down a full time job, he also played music in his band, “Los Primos,” on weekends. He was blessed with 3 wonderful grandchildren whom he adored. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved to Bar-B-Que, loved to play pool and he loved watching movies. He was a very generous man who always went the distance for his entire family.
