Betty King Ludwick

Betty King Ludwick, departed this life on November 4, 2010. She was born February 19, 1934 in Houston, TX to John F. King and Lora Lee (Wiener) King. She graduated from John H. Reagan High School class of ’52. She worked for Humble Oil/Exxon and retired August of ’86 after 33 years of service. She worked as a church secretary at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Houston for 7 years. In 1995 she and her husband moved to Canyon Lake, TX.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Gene H. Ludwick, two loving daughters, Trisha Lee Clouds and her husband Eddie Clouds; Lacey K. Lea and her husband Toby Lea; one sister, Erna R. Johnson and her husband Bill Johnson; brother-in-law, Harold W. Ludwick and wife Diane Ludwick; grandchildren, Kayla Marie Clouds, Edward Lane Clouds, Reagan Rivers Lea and numerous nieces and nephews.

Public visitation will begin 2:00 PM Monday, November 8, 2010 at Zoeller Funeral Home with the family present to receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 9, 2010 at Cross Lutheran Church New Braunfels with Reverend Don Fraker officiating. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 10, 2010 at Woodlawn Cemetery in Houston, TX. Memorial Contributions may be given to: Cross Lutheran Church, 2171 E.
