Billy attended Calvary Baptist Church School and he graduated from New Bern High School. He was the owner and manager of Craven County Motor Sports in New Bern. He loved the outdoors and watersports. Billy was preceded in death by his father, Charles M. Haddock.
He is survived by his mother, Sandra M. Toler and one son, Cody Jones, both of New Bern; and one brother, John H. Jones of Seattle, WA.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 pm Friday, February 7, 2014 at Cotten Funeral Home. His funeral service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Calvary Baptist Church 1821 Rhem Ave., New Bern, NC 28560. Burial will follow at Greenleaf Memorial Park.
