William Bell

Buddy had an incredible sense of humor. He loved children and they all loved him back! He loved his outdoor adopted cats and constantly bought them treats. Golf was his game and sports were always up for discussion! Buddy loved hanging out with his friend Julian and fellow comrades at Union Point solving the world’s problems.

Buddy adored his family! He is preceded in death by his parents Earl and Mable Bell, his sister Betty Bell Batchelor and stepdaughter Deanne Calisto.

Buddy is survived by his wife Judith DeMello Bell of 30 years, sister Peggy Bell Arthur (Jimmy) , daughter Susan Bell Nicholson (Randy), son William E. Bell Jr (Misty), stepsons Joseph Calisto (Dawn),and Thomas Calisto, (Amy). Grandchildren Savannah and Carly Nicholson, Brian Bell (Chloe), Briana Bell, and Brooke Bell. Step grandchildren Nicole Haley, Todd Haley, Morgan Calisto, Rachel Calisto, Sami Calisto, Brooke Calisto, and Alex Calisto. Great grandchild Bristol Bell and step great grandchild Chandler Haley.

A service will be held on Wednesday, July 27th at 11 o’clock with visitation beginning at 10:30 at Pollocksville Baptist Church.
