Warren George Lloyd

Warren Lloyd left us on August 18th. He was 79 and brought up in Grafton, N.D. He spent 3 years in the Army, followed by a lifetime of various and sundry interesting careers. After living all over the country, we landed in River Bend, N.C. 13 years ago and absolutely love it here.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilfred Lloyd and Lorene Johnston. Warren is survived by his wife, Judi; his son and daughter in law, Allan and Cyndi Lloyd; his daughter, Teri Lloyd; 2 granddaughters, Samantha Cofer and Amanda Lloyd; 2 great granddaughters, Kyleigh and Briana Cofer; his brother, Gary Lloyd and sister-in-law, Debbie and 3 nephews.

Warren was known as a fun, warm, caring husband, father, grandfather and brother.

His last 9 months were under the compassionate care of Craven County Hospice, especially his wonderful nurse, April Deese. Warren and Judi have the most amazing supportive family and friends that have come through for them during his long health journey and are there now for Judi.
