She is survived by her husband, John, who was her friend for 37 years and married to for 27 years. She is also survived by her only child, Shawn Critzer, who lives in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Sue's life was fun and exciting as she spent 37 years in the New Bern Civic Theatre, Rivertown Players Theatre, History Theatre, and Historical Society Ghost Walk.
A visitation for Sue will be held Friday, May 10, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Cotten Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 PM. Pastor Steve Simpson will conduct the service.
Although flowers are welcome, donations in Sue's honor can be made to the Colonial Capital Humane Society. Sue dearly loved dogs.
