Sherri Smith Ragan

Sherri Smith Ragan, 61, of Pollocksville, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, June 22, 2023. Sherri enjoyed spending time with her family as well as camping, boating, and being outdoors. She was a gifted pianist and loved sharing that gift with friends and family. Sherri will be remembered fondly for her upbeat personality and quick wit.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Shirley Smith.

Sherri is survived by her husband of 19 years, Stephen Ragan; daughter, Amie Heath; brother, Frederick Smith; sister, Patricia Barrow (Bill); her fur baby, "Teddy"; as well as a host of extended family.

A celebration of Sherri's life will be at 3 p.m. on Sunday, July 2, 2023 at Church 902 in Kinston.
