Richard "Dick" Wagner Bernhardt, 82, of New Bern, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023. He was born July 8, 1940, to the late Joseph and Helen Bernhardt.
Sadly, Dick leaves behind his wife, Evelyn Bernhardt; sons, Stephen Bernhardt and Thomas Bernhardt; several grandchildren; sister, Rosemary Popkey; and many loving family members and close friends.
A Celebration of Dick's Life will be held at 5;00 PM on Monday, May 15, 2023, at Cotten Funeral Home. A visitation will follow the service.
