He was truly one of the great ones and we were all fortunate to have had him in our lives and call him friend.  He will be sorely missed...

Dear Mary Lou, Jan and Kenny: Joe and I were shocked to hear about the passing of Pres. All those great times we shared on Jackson Blvd, Canasta nights with the phone off the hook to check on the kids and just good neighbors who would do anything for you. I was deeply saddened to hear of Mr. Harrison's passing.  I will always remember working with Kenny and he, constructing the expansion to the driveway on Jackson Blvd to accommodate his new boat. Our dear kind, tender-hearted, comical Pres.  Jerry & I were so very lucky to meet you & Mary Lou in 1992 @ Carolina Pines Golf Course.   Jerry & I were paired up with you two & a fast, long-lasting friendship began.  We have shared many meals together but breakfast was always your thing & I know I will never taste grits as good as yours ever again.  We love & miss you Pres, but you will be in our hearts forever.
