Peggy Imogene Franks Giasson, 89, of New Bern, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2024. Peggy was born August 10, 1934, to the late Cletus and Margaret Franks.
She is survived by her daughter, Sandie Giasson (Rick Teachey); her beloved dog, Sadie; brothers, Doug Franks (Carol) and Jack Franks (Linda); and many loving family members and close friends.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, Raymond "Ray" R. Giasson; sister, Yvonne Howard; and brother-in-law, Bruce Howard.
The family would like to thank her friend and caregiver, Okie Chapman.
