Noel Starr Smith, age 40, of New Bern, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2022. Starr enjoyed life and lived every moment to the fullest. She loved her children and her family with all of her heart.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children, Makayla Ramsey, Hayden Smith, and Baylee Smith; her father, Kim Baucom; her mother, Sheila Clark; adopted father, Rusty Clark, Jr.; sister, Sunshine Jones (Dan); brothers, Russell Clark, III, Bryan Clark, and Skylor Clark; and granddaughter, Karisma Perkins.
Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, July 30, 2022 at Antioch Baptist Church, 677 Antioch Church Road, Timberlake, NC 27583.
