Mildred Faye Vandiford Chapman

Millie was the Credit Manager at the Las Vegas Club Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. She was also the 2nd runner up in the Hardbarger Business College Beauty Pageant in 1962.

Millie is survived by son Robert Chapman of Las Vegas NV, daughter Candace Vandiford Grove of New Bern, brother Charles Wesley Vandiford of New Bern, five sisters Doris Vandiford Tippett of Grantsboro, Ruby Vandiford Hafner of Grantsboro, Shirley Vandiford of Pollocksville, Linda Vandiford Eubanks of Reelsboro, Sharon Vandiford Holton of New Bern, and two grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Cotten Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jason Smith officiating. The visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will immediately follow the services at New Bern Memorial Cemetery.
