Lola was a loving, kindhearted person who had a gentle soul and a humble spirit. She loved everyone, particularly children, to whom she dedicated her 30 year career in elementary education. She enjoyed spending time gardening and birdwatching, especially Cardinals, at their home in Cove City. Other favorite pastimes include boating, fishing, and water-related activities on the Bay River. Family and friends were especially important to her and she cherished the time spent with them. Lola loved the Lord and faithfully read her Bible and daily devotionals.
