Kimberly Sue “Kim” Peters Valenti, 52, of New Bern, passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2016 at home.
She was an amazing wife, mother and grandmother who loved the Lord, teaching children and spending time with her family at the beach.
Kim is survived by her husband, Lenny Valenti, three children, Meghan Switzer, Adam Valenti and Abigail Valenti, all of New Bern, and two grandchildren, Madison and Tanner Switzer.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, June 12, 2016 at Temple Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Maysville Elementary School.
