Joan Nielson LoCascio, 81, of New Bern, passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2017.
Joan is survived by her husband, Joseph LoCascio and children, Joe and Theresa.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 20, 2017 at St. Paul Catholic Church. Burial will follow the service at St. Joseph's Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday evening, October 19, 2017, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Cotten Funeral Home.
