Jimmy Jason Vanlandingham

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Nicole Vanlandingham, son, Jimmy Jason Vanlandingham Jr., daughter, Lilliana Rose Vanlandingham, mother, Mary Ann Martinez of Brawley, CA, brother, Jose Esquerra of Brawley, Ca, sisters, Talisha Esquerra of Brawley, CA, Esmeralda Sevilla of Portland, OR, and his aunt, Frances Martinez of Brawley, CA.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Joseph Vanlandingham.

Jimmy was a Warrant Officer in the United States Marine Corps, assigned to Marine Corps Engineer School Camp Lejeune.

His faithful service to his country included three deployments for OIF and OEF. Jimmy was also a faithful member of Liberty Church in Havelock. Jimmy was a proud father and loving husband. He held a fierce devotion to his family and the USMC. He will be remembered as a man with a great sense of humor and a strong conviction to his faith. He enjoyed vacations, amusement parks, and festivals, especially the food.

The family will receive friends from 11:00am-1:00pm on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at Cotten Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm at Greenleaf Memorial Park on Saturday, April 25, 2020.
