He is survived by his wife, Angela Bridges; children, Sherri Pacheco (Joe), Jerry Bridges (Nancy), Lisa Vanbebber (Dave), Shannan Bridges, Robin Stewart (Mike), Brennan Bridges, and Marques Moore (Laurie); 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sister, Joanne Dunlap; and many loving family members and close friends.
Jerry is preceded in death by brothers, Tommy Bridges, Wank Bridges, Hugh Bridges, and Faye Bridges; sisters, Margaret Bryant, Dorcas Hollifield, Doris Owensby, and Pauline Gregg; and grandson, Justin Briley.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 18th from 2 pm - 4 pm at Unity Christian Church, 3368 Saint Delights Church Road, New Bern, NC 28560.
