Jane Kirkman

Mrs. Kirkman was a member of Asbury Methodist Church and a teacher for 37 years with Craven County Schools.

Jane is survived by her husband Obie Lee Kirkman Sr., her son Obie Lee Kirkman Jr., her daughter Leela Kirkman Baggett & husband Bob, and her two sisters JoAnn Conway and Laura Brooks & husband Vernon. She is also survived by her four grandchildren Betsy Joll & husband Sean, John Baggett, Grace Kirkman, and Isaac Kirkman.

Family will receive friends at Bethany Christian Church Thursday November 12, at 6:00- 8:00 pm. Funeral will be Friday November 13, 2015 at 11:00A.M at Bethany Christian Church. Burial will be private at the Kirkman Farm Cemetery. Cotten Funeral Home assisting the Kirkman family with arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Asbury UMC Building Fund (1780 Asbury Rd, Cove City, NC 28523) or the Bethany Christian Church of Jasper Building Fund (3475 NC Hwy 55 West, NC 28562).
