James Taylor

He is preceded in death by his wife Judy “Lillian” Taylor and his father, James “J.B.” Taylor.

James is survived his mother, Lena H. Taylor, by two daughters, Tammy Taylor Drake and husband Ronnie of Cove City; June Taylor Dail and husband Ray of New Bern; two brothers, Robert and Donald Taylor, both of New Bern; two sisters, Linda Vincent of Cove City; Joyce Wells of New Bern; three grandchildren who were the light of his life, Cody and Dillon Drake and Brooke Dail, his good friends, Albert “Shorty” Carter, Levi Bristol, Joe Wells and Donnie Taylor.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-7:00 pm Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at Wintergreen FWB Church with Rev. Neal Cox officiating. The funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Wintergreen FWB Church cemetery.
