Ingrid Phelps, age 82, of New Bern, North Carolina passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2022. She was born August 16, 1940 in Bremerhaven, Germany.
Mrs. Phelps was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. In her free time she enjoyed gardening and volunteering with the hospital. She was vice president of a bank for 25 years.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Frank Phelps, 2 children, 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
The family and friends will gather at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Cotten Funeral Home.
