Gregory Allan Clark

Gregory "Greg" Allan Clark, 52, of New Bern passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023. Greg was born in Craven County, North Carolina on November 16, 1970 to James Louis Clark and Vickie Kay Harper.

Greg worked as a sales manager at Urethane Innovators Inc. with his wife and father in law. He loved his job and all the people he worked with. He was hard working but always made time to talk and joke with fellow employees and they loved and appreciated him.

Greg partook fully of life and lived with great passion. He was an adept mixologist and a skilled cook and grill master. He was an avid reader and had a deep interest in US history and participated in many reenactments. He enjoyed exploring his family history and tracing his genealogy.

Although he claimed to dislike technology, he developed quite a following on Twitter due to his humor and cynicism. He was a nostalgia fanatic and was fond of the music, clothing, and culture of the 1980s.

Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife and travel companion Kelly Clark, son Dr. Alexander G. Clark and his wife, Brittany, his grandmother Pauline Harper, his sister Diana Clark, his two stepdaughters Emily and Kaitlyn Moore, his two grandchildren Andrew and Abigail Clark, and his best fur buddy Merlin. Greg deeply loved his family, and they him.
