Debbie JoAnn Cagle, 55, of Newport, NC died Saturday October 12, 2013 at Carteret General Hospital.
She was the daughter of Betty and William Hall.
She is survived by her guardian, Sharon Frantzen as well as her loving caregivers, friends and housemates at Life Inc.
Memorial Services will take place at the Cotten Funeral Chapel on Tuesday October 15, 2013 at 10 am with Rev. Henry Jarman officiating.
