Of Newport NC passed away on September 23, 2023 in his home due to cancer.
David was born in New London Connecticut to Charles and Ruth Keefe. As a teen David loved fishing and cooking. As he got older he attended Paul Smith’s College of the Arts and Sciences and earned an Associate Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. In his early thirties David met Becky Stevens. They met at a conference in Cape Cod and married in 1996. Together they had two daughters. As a family they loved going on day trips, having movie nights and loved to open their home to family and friends. In addition to his wife Becky and their children Mackenzie and Madeline, David is survived by his mother Ruth Keefe. He was preceded in passing by his father Charles Edward Keefe.
A Memorial service will be held on September 23 at 2:00 in the afternoon at South Banks Church in Morehead City.
The service will be live streamed on South Bank Community Church's Facebook page.
