David Brogden Holloman, 57, of New Bern, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2022. David was born in Germany to the late E. B. Holloman and the surviving Janet Dreis.
David was known in the community for his artwork and his ability to teach others in watercolor. When David was not painting, you could find him in the kitchen cooking delicious meals for his family. He also enjoyed gardening, working on cars, and getting away to the Outer Banks. Although David loved his art, he loved his family even more.
He is survived by the love of his life and mother of his children, Angela; his loving children; 9 grandchildren; and many loving family members and close friends.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Crawford.
