Our deepest condolences and prayers for the Sprague family.  Our hearts are saddened by this great loss.  We will always cherish the conversations and smiles.  Rest in Paradise Dan.

Knowing Dan for many years, I can truly say the world is a better place because of him.  He was kind, respectful, dedicated, skilled, and a hard worker.  I never passed Dan on our work rounds without yelling out “Dan” as we passed, or if we had a moment, at least stop and speak.  

May Dan’s memory bring comfort to the family during his difficult time.

Dan was an absolutely wonderful human being!  The world would be a much better place if we had more "Dan's"   I was so very fortunate to have known Dan here at BSH for over 7 years, and he always had me smiling when we talked.  And he absolutely loved my husband Skooter-- Dan would light up when he said Skooter's name.  Dan leaves an amazing legacy with his family,  and leaves many heavy hearts here with our BSH family.  -J.J. Blandford

Dan will be greatly missed, a dear friend who was as kind a person as you will ever meet.  Working with him was a joy,  a man that didn’t mind the work and did it with a care for quality that is rare in this day and time.  Rest well in that house that God has made for you.

What a great loss. Dan was a truly fine man, devoted to God, family, and country. He was a craftsman who took tremendous pride in all that he put his hands to. We are going to miss him and his smiles and great sense of humor. Our prayers go out to his family in this difficult time. I will forever be proud of our friendship.

Dan worked in our Cooking office doing tasks for R. Brown and when he came thru, he always called out my name. Always in the greatest  of spirits while he was busy at work. 

Dan will be missed by a lot of BSH friends.

My condolences to the family. Dan was one of the most amazing, uplifting, and selfless people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was the definition of a friend. Having him pop into the office, with all his silly antics, was sure to put a smile on anyone's face. He was so loved, and will truly be missed!
