Cynthia Ann "Cyndi" Wethington, 64, of the Spring Garden community, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2020. She loved caring for others in her career as a nurse where she served in the Occupational Health Clinic at Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point. She was a sweet soul who always put others before herself. It was important to her to make good memories with those she loved. Her motto was "kindness matters" and she embodied that spirit in all she did.
She is survived by her children, Mandi Wethington Earehart, Terry Wethington, Jr. (Christina), and Galen Wethington (Meg); grandchildren, Hailey Stallings (Josh), Derek Earehart, Alex Wethington, and Clark Wethington (Cheyanne); and great grandchild, Rylee Grace Stallings.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Edwards and Anne White Sanders.
According to her wishes, the family will celebrate her life in a private setting. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made in her memory to the Diabetes Research Institute.
