Although Colleen was my younger brother's wife, she always felt like family because she was a loving and caring woman who was all about family and friendly relationships among them. We all have the warmest thoughts of love and kindness about Colleen. I'm sure she is glad to be in the loving arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and in the company of her kind parents. Rest in peace christian sister, we will all surely see each other again in heaven in eternity.

Colleen was my cousin but much more. Too many memories to choose from. Her proudest accomplishment was her children and she loved them with every piece of her being. She cared so much for others and never met an animal she didn't love. For those of us left behind, we will miss her here on Earth but will treasure each and every memory she gave us. Her infectious laughter, her brilliant smile will live in our hearts forever .  Be assured she is with Jesus now and reunited with our moms, dads and grandparents.

In 1991, Colleen and I met in Norfolk, VA while I was serving in the Navy.  I was only 22, but I knew right away that she was the one for me.  We soon married and along came our son Justin followed by our daughter Katelyn six years later.  We shared seventeen years of our lives together raising our beautiful children and spending precious time together.  We had lots of laughter and fun and we shared wonderful times together that will have ever lasting memories.  We eventually grew apart and moved on, but Colleen was my lover, my partner, my family, part of me, and the mother of my children.  She will always have a special place in my heart and she will never be forgotten.  May she rest in peace in Heaven and know that I will always love her….Jerome Eadens   

I remember walking in town going to the TG&Y and the park.  I never had that freedom before. Marie, Colleen and I had so much fun. Just carefree and happy!

Colleen was such a fun loving child.  She and John Henry would play at Uncle Fred and Aunt Wanda house while Aunt Bonnita, Aunt Barb and Mom would do their thing.  Whatever that was!  You will be truly missed.  Love you much Vickie
