Christopher Keith Carmichael

Christopher Keith Carmichael, age 48, of New Bern, North Carolina passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2022. Chris made his career in the automotive industry for the past 30 years, first with Eastern Carolina Nissan and more recently with Pecheles Automotive Group where he served as the Service Director over several dealerships. In his spare time, he enjoyed golf and restoring old Volkswagens.

He is survived by his loving wife of 13 years, Tonya Carmichael of the home; his daughter, Bailee Carmichael of the home; his father, Leon Carmichael of New Bern; his brother, Jason Carmichael of Havelock; one niece and two nephews; and his two beloved dogs, Mojo and Bijou. Sadly, he was preceded in death by his mother, Debbie Pittman Carmichael in 2020.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2022, followed by the service at 11 a.m. at Cotten Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Lancaster officiating. He will be laid to rest at Greenleaf Memorial Park.
