Brian was the son of Betty Jo Stanfield and Donald Stanfield. He is survived by his sister, Kimberly Jo Ramsey; niece, Corrine Ramsey and Aunt, Donna Jo Rouse. He was also the grandson of the late Joseph Earl Purifoy and Janice Ipock Purifoy of New Bern, NC.
Brian was a 2000 graduate of North Johnston high School, Kenly, NC. He had a natural love of hunting and sports. Football was his favorite even though he has a statue of six feet five inches. He will be missed.
Memorial services will be held at Cotten Funeral Home, 2201 Neuse Blvd., New Bern, NC at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, March 23, 2024.
