Brian C. Carter, 56, of New Bern, passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017.
He is survived by his mother, Audrey Carter; sister, Celeste Carter Kenney (husband Roger) of Cary, NC; brother, Tim Carter (wife Angela) of Louisburg, NC; longtime friend, Charles Heuser of New Bern, NC; and three nephews, Daniel Carter, Matt Hasell, and Marc Hasell.
The family will hold a memorial service on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 12:00pm at Cotten Funeral Home and receive friends following the service. A private burial will be at Greenleaf Memorial Park.
