Brenda was my 1st cousin and I remember when we were very young sometimes our father and mother would take us to their farm ...or vice versa.  Brenda, from the time me met....were instant friends.  We both loved animals and just playing any silly game together. There are so many more memories....but that is my earliest memory of her.., being by a warm stove and talking and playing as young young kids.  Love and miss you and look forward to being together again.

Just have had you on my mind lately.  Sure miss our occasional telephone calls.
Know you were dearly and still are LOVED.

I went to Reseda high school with Brenda! She played Ado Annie in the play Oklahoma!  I have the  album  from it! I believe this was her “coming out”’ She was great, at singing and acting! She made the play fun and everyone loved her! I’m so glad that she has such a great career and such a fulfilling, happy personal life!

Brenda’s title was Assistant, but she was much more than that to me. She was the other teacher in our classroom. She loved our students and gave 110% every day. She was my cheerleader and friend. I am forever grateful for having had the opportunity to know and work with Brenda. You all are in my prayers as you walk through hard days.

You are all in our thoughts and prayers as you commemorate Brenda’s life. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and mother-in-law, loving every aspect of your lives, especially doting on her precious grandchildren! Such fond memories of our children growing up in River Bend, especially Jennifer and Dena’s friendship! Such a great memory of Brenda, so graciously, opened her home for a wedding shower for Dena! Then later we rejoiced when we became grandparents! 

May God put his arms of comfort around each of  you!

We had the privilege of knowing Brenda and Lonnie during the four and a half years I spent at Cherry Point and living  in New Bern. She was a warm generous lady and Barbara & I have many happy memories of being in her Company
Her passing has come as a tremendous shock.
 It will be a little while before we come to terms with her passing

Your family has always  held a special place in our hearts.  We go way back to Colony Baptist and our children having many fun times together.  When we went to the hospital to welcome Greg into the world, your family welcomed Krista and Melissa into your home.  They were so happy to be hanging out with you .
Brenda has always been such a selfless person with a heart of gold.  We were so sorry to hear of her passing.  I know it meant a lot to all of you to  be at home and not the hospital when she passed.  I know all of you have many special memories, many of which will make you smile.  May those memories help to ease  your heartache.

My fondest memories  are the many times my family visited with Brenda's in their home in Jones County.  We were never bored and always enjoyed a good meal  that Aunt Gertrude  prepared.
